G'Day,
A gaggle of us were in the studio audience last night for this Saturday's show of V8 Xtra....... They had Dick Johnson, Alan Moffat, Mark Skaife, Jim Richards, Larry P, Craig Lowndes, Greg Murphy and Rick Kelly there and as they plugged it - 34 Bathurst wins amongst them.

A recent study found the average Australian walks about 900 miles a year.
Another study found Australians drink, on average, 22 gallons of alcohol a year. That means, on average, Australians get about 41 miles to the gallon. Kind of makes you proud to be an aussie. |

It was a good night and will be interesting to see what ended up on the cutting room floor as normally we are not privy to those details. It did end up going a bit longer than scheduled but that happens when you are taping for 'today' but 'tonight'

.. yep - and whether things like DJ calling JR and MS "a-holes" (horsing around when discussing the '92 finish)........ that was Jim's line!

OOOOH look im wearing a nice hat !!!!!!!!! Was a great night and funny ,still have sore ribs as evey time the make up chic walked past Seagull give me a nudge in the ribs !!!!!!!!!! Dont worry i worked out how to stop him doing it :thebirds: DJ was on fire cracking jokes and hanging it on big nose and Jim Richards and even Larry give a little too but the MOFFAT shameless plug for channel 7 took the cake for someone wanting a JOB !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
