Obviously have a knacked door lock actuator.

Remove the screws around the outside of the trim.

There is also a bolt holding the interior door handle in. This is usually covered by a small plastic tab. If memory serves me right you will need a star shaped bit to undo it.
The arm rest will also have two similar screws.

Put a rag over your door knob and use pliers to yank it straight up.

If you have a manual window winder, you will also see a screw holding that on too.

You should be right to pull the trim off. It will be held by plastic clips, so give it a good firm pull.

I took my passenger door off the other day. A couple of screws around the outside which are visible. 2 10mm bolts one behind the inner handle surround and the other behind that little round cover. I think there is a screw under the window switch too.

Thats for a power window AU.

the 3 screws that hold the catch in need to be taken out, then you should be able to see how the rods disconnect. the whole thing comes out as one piece

Should be a case of just undoing the 3 screws holding the actuator in.

All the rods are just held by clips. Just gently pull them out.
Also undo the electrical clip.

As Bodes-sh said, it all comes out in one unit.

There is a complete procedure and photos of how to fix these actuators in the technical section - its a very common problem. Unfortunately i don't know how to post links. :
