Black looks good if you want to wash it all the time and chamios but i prefer lightning strike (silver) as mine is a work hack and i dont need to wash another car that often

When I purchased my ute, the preference was for Mercury, however because I ended up purchasing a run out model, my choices were limited.
1 on the list was Mercury, 2 was Lightning, and 3 was black, as it happened, they had a lightning strike 5spd ute, so that is what I purchased. I don't regret it as the metallic silvers certainly look classy, and if I had the choice, I'm not sure if I'd opt for lightning or Mercury now. Colours like red, yellow, blue, etc, are a bit gay. Rick.

Citric Acid was definately my favourite Ute Colour. Its funny because i wasnt a big fan of the colour in the sedan form.
i voted for Orange, though. |

Pick the colour you personally like the most, since it's you that's going to be looking at it everytime you open the shed door. You'll appreciate it more if you can look at it and be happy with your own choice.

Black or silver IMO.
Seen a few nice XR6 utes with nice chrome mags in those 2 colours. |

Black is the go.
Mercury comes a close second to Black. That is by far the best Silver IMO. Lightning Strike just doesn't inspire me at all, just looks a bit washed out to me.
