A lot of people are probably going to be sick of seeing this but these are the first pics of it since I have refinished it, looks better now.
Mine uses the scoop under the headlight and a XR6T snorkel with a deflector behind the grille. I made the top and the sides out of perspex, sealed the bottom with boot rubber and trimed the edges with interior trim. I made the molded section on the top out of fibreglass and blended it into the top. The whole lot was then painted in aluminium engine enamel. The top section comes off by itself so that I can get to the filter and the headlight with no fuss. This is without the heat shield, intake temp 60 degrees on the dyno with a an ambient temp of 25 degrees on the dyno with only a fan in front of the car. Side shot of new shield. Intake temp of 27 degrees with an ambient temp of 25 degrees. front shot Excuse the engine cover missing, it is in getting airbrushed. The best bit is noone else has one like it!
