Default What head unit to get??

Hi guys, i have a ford falcon xr8 series1, bought my car not that long ago and just realised all 4 speakers had been changed to soundstream sst 5x7's..

These speakers are pretty decent and im looking at upgrading the standard head unit.. Does any1 know what H/U i should go for? im looking to spend under $250, thanks!

You should be able to get a reasonable CD & MP3 Pioneer, Kenwood, Clarion, JVC etc headunit for around that money.

Or for a little more, something like this from eBay:

I'd spend a little extra and get an eclipse cd7100 (if u can find any!)

They are pretty cheap now that the cd7200 is out and are blardy freeeekin awesum!

My work colleague just updaetd his headunit in my current model Golf to a Pioneer AVIC F900BT ... but it's a bit above your $200 mark you are looking at.

double din in size ... does everything for you ... would probably make coffee for you if you could get the right adaptor. :P
