For a while, TRD (Toyota Racing Development) was popular... I mean, would you really put TURD stickers all over your car? :

Now I've noticed it's changed to TTR (Toyota Team Racing)... great, replace turd with a stutter :

i have to disagree with you there, the reason i bought a gli was so i can make my own unique car by modding it how i feel.

if i wanted an XR6 i would have bought one.

I guess it depends, personally I have no problem with upgrading a car, but I personally wouldn't add badges or anything like that, unless it's the same badge it originally had. I mean I'd add a Fairmont cluster, fairmont interior, etc, but I wouldn't add a Fairmont badge, because it's not a Fairmont.

However, there are some cases, such as if you replace an engine with a better one, where there might be a case for putting a different badge on, such as replacing a 1.6 badge with a 2.0, or replacing 3.3 with 4.1

Slightly O/T: Still my personal favourite .. VT Exec with "Clubby" kit. I *hate* that!!! On the LS1 forum, people often discuss wether it's better to buy a HSV or a Monaro. For my money it's always the Monaro. There are too many "wannabees" with kitted V6 Commodores ....... it's gonna take a lot of effort to make a Exec look like a Monaro

.. I suppose it all relates to dilution of performance brands?
