Default AU Premium sound security code

Hi Guys,

I have recently bought another au with premium sound. All was working well till i got a flat battery. Got the battery replaced and now i have an issue with the code. Both codes i have dont work and the original owner cant remeber what it was.
Is there anyway the headunit can be reset or checked to tell me what the code is?
I have been onto ford and they only list the same one as whats in the book.

Cheers
Tim

then sounds like its stuffed if the origianl code don't work. Can't be reset i don't think, you can try taking it to an expert at a shop i guess.

Last try give it a day before trying the code again and it might work then.

I seem to remember reading somewhere that there is a number on the rear of the H/U you can quote to your dealership for the correct code it's a production number not a VIN, after proof of ownership and exchange of $$ they can then supply you with the correct code.
