You could try cardboard. I think it's slightly more interesting than eating boiled oats.

my sister in law is a personal trainer, owns vison at oatley(plug!) she suggested to me to get mpc protein powder in choc and sprinkle on about 2 scoops. tastes awesome and builds lean muscle mass. i unfortunately still have the physique of a 12 year old girl but the oats taste great.

Ditch the sugar - no point in undoing the good.
I switched to oats years ago - wife ate them I could not work out why. Just try them plain, in hot milk - soon you won't want to add anything. If you need to - then honey, yogurt, fruit (banana) and walnuts (all the above?). If you use soy milk, add wallnuts, and blueberry's you have 4 of the superfoods. You won't believe the difference in a few weeks. |

Deep Fried Mars Bars are the way to go!!
For what it's worth I used to carry cereal grains (Oats Wheat Barley etc) to factories that make all these 'Health' products. The general rule was that if the regular buyer didn't want them because they failed their testing requirements, they almost allways finished up as Iron Man food!

The McGangBang ranks up there in the holy pantheon of WTF. It's a sandwich made from a double cheeseburger and a McChicken sandwich — where you put an entire McChicken sandwich inside a double cheeseburger. It's a creative manipulation of existing menu items, and an exercise in frugality: taking two items off of the Dollar Menu and creating an entirely new sandwich for a total of $2.16. Truly, it's a sandwich that's more than the sum of its parts. Sounds better than oats !!!!!!!

I only have oats with water and a bit of honey
In London there were stores that did oats with cinnamon and a favourite was oats with strawberry jam (one tablespoon per serve) But i think water is best - i love it |

You can add a bit of fruit to it..banana is a good breakfast fruit as it is high in potassium, and also a source of bulk fibre.
It will also make your breakfast more substantial.
