Hey guys... we do alot of cruises and show and shines.
Let's have some fun! How about to raise money for Allan clifton and his son dyllan, whom is not very well at the moment, due to a sever car accident. We do a combined clubs- Ford, Holden, historic etc with heats, finals, classes etc, With all day Go karting? Everyone likes to drive flat out and have a race, and add that with a great cause. and you've got a winner! I think there's a place near port and one near coffs? Ive heard the port ones go faster and have a better track too? Ill ring up and see what i can find out. So who's up for a bit of fun. Whilst helping a good cause?! :Reverend: I suggested go karts over say paintball due to costs etc (and so younger ones can still race) we may get one price to hire the place out at a discounted rate? This was not chosen in poor taste. Xo Last edited by dreadly; 07-06-2009 at 02:15 PM. |

I think this sounds like fun, and make a few bucks for a good cause at the same time

Cool ill, try get some figures see how much to hire the track and karts for the day, see if they'll give us a discount due to the circumstances, then i say we hit up the sponsors for the cost, make up a trophy or get one donated, and then say a x amount per head and all that goes to allan and dyllan. If we can get members from our club, the holden club, historic, and port modified car clubs make a real day of it, Have a bbq for lunch etc

The guys at the hastings old holdens club are in the process of getting prices and deals at Wingham. Due to the fact that the guys at Port will not give any car clubs discounts and the way it is structured they can kick us off and give the members the track when ever they please ( the owners of the track really do not want us there)(long story). The club has been meaning to do this for a while, we have not given up, it is comming. Patience.
