you mean Silhouette Karts. they have a few different packages, this is their gold package

GOLD : 4 X 10 minute sessions. $100 / head

1st Session: Practice/Qualifying Session. This session allows all drivers to learn the circuit and get used to the 2-Stroke Racing Karts. Lap times are also recorded to determine the starting order for the Heat Race.
2nd & 3rd Sessions: Heat Races. The combined finishing order from the two heat races determines the starting order for the Final.
4th Session: Final. The driver who crosses the finish line in first position in the Final is the winner.

Yeah I've been there before... you go flat out almost all the way round... lots of g-forces.

I went with my fathers work... "Continential VDO" and got 3rd outright
I don't know the name of the package we had but it was $55 and we had a 10 minute practice session followed by a race and then a final.

Sadly the seats/pedals can't be adjusted in the hire karts and last time i was there I couldn't reach the pedals. They gave me a pillow thing to push me foward in the seat but this meant i wasn't IN the seat and had no side bolstering to protect me from the g-forces.

I bruised my ribs and was very sore for weeks.
