as the title states I have been fined in nsw and had a ticket written out but there is no points lost listed on the infringement?
is it like this on all NSW traffic infringement notices? Have i still lost points? |

I think you'll find that the points will get taken when the fine is paid and processed.

DO you live in NSW?
My mate got booked for drink driving, he paid the fine but did not get points or lose is Victorian license. Now not sure if thats normal, or how it works. But he sure as well was not going to ask them!

I know in Vic they put how many points on the actual ticket, do they do the same in NSW?
As far as penalties go, I believe they only share points between the eastern states. With drink driving, you are only disqualified from driving in the state where the offence occurred.
