hi there does anyone have a problem of there xr6 turbo just over boosting just hitting hi boost if anymone does did they find the problem

check the vacuum hose on the boost soliniod.

If its an FG, didn't they have an over boost function?

Well i think you need to get the car checked out by a tuning shop to reallly get to the bottom of the problem..
If you have stuffed 2 engines this could be caused by even more problems .. What state and area do you live in as i can put you onto a good tuning shop to help you out.. Feel free to call us 03 9305 3000 and i can help you out a bit more..
