Default Plastic Repair Paint

A while back there was a thread about someone purchasing a Tickford snorkel from a wrecker that was scuffed up. They used a spray paint that filled in the scuffs and looked like the original plastic finish. Does anyone know what product this was??
I've done a search both here and on google, but can't seem too find anything.
Thanks in advance
