Had to have a new steering rack assembly put in my fairmont ghia today both boots where torn and the seals where leaking so i phoned repco here in brisbane and they wanted $445 exchange without fitting . I googled steering racks and found a mob out at slacks creek here in brisbane and they quoted me $378 fitted and only use aussie seals and they repair them themselves ,they have been in business for 20 years so they must be doing something right . The units are $277 exchange no fitting ,the companies name is C V AUSTRALIA PH 0738084238 i hope this helps someone save a few dollars ...matt : : :
These racks also come with a 3yr or 50000 km warranty |
