Default Girl’s Torque Drag Racing & Burnout Training Day

Meet Three of Australia's Top Female Drag Racers

The Australian Women's Motorsport Network Inc (AWMN) would like to invite women who love speed and a challenge to enter our first drag racing and burnout training day.

No experience is needed, only a desire to try something new, unique and exciting. Anything that can be driven can be raced.

So if you have an urge to try out your 'grocery getter', or perhaps something a little quicker, this will be the perfect opportunity.

All aspects of drag racing and burnouts will be covered in the morning session, and entrants will also meet and chat with Debbie O'Rourke (O'Rourke Motorsport, WA), Kath Stevens (Brett Stevens Racing, Qld) and Debbie Reed (Reed Racing, Qld), three of Australia's best known and most popular female drag racers. These girls, who have years of experience in this field, have offered their time and expertise.

Brett Stevens of Jack Daniels Racing & Brett Stevens Racing will also be coming to show his support for women in motorsport.

The “World's Fastest Hearse”, as seen on the World's Guinness Book of Records show recently, will be one of many unique vehicles on display in the 'Just Wicked Show 'n' Shine'.

Trophies and prizes will be awarded to entrants on the day.

For more information and entry forms, visit the AWMN's website at www.awmn.com.au
