Default turbo questions straight6

hey guys
jus wondering what the max psi that can be ran with a stock engine?? and wat turbo set up is best also?? final question is rough price, will prob to most if not all the fitment of the kit. the car already has extactors, 3.9diff gears, chip, an 5 speed manual if that helps!!

The 5 speed will be the killer, but around 8psi *should* be a safe limit

Throw the extractors away, cant use them with a Turbo.
