Default 93 TX5 Ghia 4cyl won't start

Hi All, car has been running like a watch, stopped into the wreckers for a new oil cap and she won't start. RACQ reckons it is the fuel pump but a new one went in during December. Have spark and she fires when fuel is squirted down the carby.
Any ideas?

hi all, the wiring from the new petrol pump shorted out against the body of the car, that blew up the ecu. Another one of those from the wreckers fixed the problem.
