I don't know why they keep talking up the extra 8 kw it gets over the Clubsport, its adds no extra torque and you could not even tell the difference between them.
The question needs to be asked as to why they kept the torque pegged to 550nm when the near identical 325kw engine in the Corvette makes 575nm. The extra 25 nm would have made a real difference. |

The LS3 has a heap in reserve and all in all apears to be a great Engine, more than capable of giving quite a few I6T's a whipping around the block. |

You can say what you like about them but they will outsell anything FPV throw at it because they are different to the evryday Commodore where as the FPV look virtually the same. Just like the Commodre with SIDI it doesn't matter if what they say is crap about it's fuel consumption, torque, power, crap Auto. etc etc they will sell like hotcakes and Ford is again 18 months behind.
No wonder they will never out sell GMH

they will however outsell FPV because they have a better marketing dept, just look at the ads on tv, FPV ads were 15sec long where HSV had one of the best ads ive seen (changing utes leading to the VE). it was head and shoulders better
