Thumbs up New Cat Back exhaust now on

So, new 2.25" exhaust is on.
Thanks to Mick at Men@Work Exhaust in Capalaba, Brisbane.
Real nice, young, Husband and Wife Team who couldn’t did their very best they could do for me.

Not mandrel bends so realistically it probably works like a 2" system overall.
I have gone with a single muffler on the rear and to my surprise the cabin boom/drone is quite acceptable.

However, I stood behind it this arvo while someone moved it from one car spot to another and – YES!!! . . I should have taken all your advice and put a resonator (or two) in the mix.
This sucker is loud and not nearly deep enough. Well, too loud for an old fart like me anyho. :Reverend:
Will try to rectify in coming weeks.

Off the line I think the power is down a smidge on what it was.
But once in mid to upper-range . . happy days.

Need to make the tip look a bit better and I’m thinkin’ dual tips and maybe droopy down jobbies. Someone here had nice dual, droopy ends I think?
Maybe ebay can offer something.

So, thought I should report in as I seem to get more from this forum than I give.
Cheers

Fredo

$200 all up and I got my old system back incase I want to sell the car as standard.

Actually, the system I got back was a near new jobie.
Someone came in the day before with a new focus and didn't want his standard set up back so I got it.
