Hey guys, tried using the search function but could only find threads relating to the in-dash stackers in AU2/3.
The in-boot stacker in my AU1 with premo sound has started randomly ejecting itself. If I put the cartridge back in it will be fine for another 2 or 3 days until it ejects itself again. Has anyone had this issue previously? Is there a quick fix or is it on its way out?

Have you tried disconnecting the battery for a while. As you have probably read in the in-dash threads it helps reset them.

I had the same issue in my fairlane S1, I took it apart one day to take a look could only see some rollers which could given way. Ended up ripping it all out and installing a MP3 player with IPOD / USB connection.

Thanks for the advice.
I'll leave the battery unplugged overnight and see how that goes. Otherwise I guess it's time to rip it all out :
