Anyone else had problems with Mac Bank taking over from Ford Credit??
My account is up todate but Mac Bank are adamant that I am a month late in my payments !!!! Even when I can prove the payments are up todate, they won't listen !! anyone else having problems with MacBank ???????

Mac Bank said " there is a glitch with the transfer from Ford Credit to Mac Bank" I happen to be one of the unlucky ones !!!! They will get back to me in a few days !!!

So have your problems been sorted out yet? It's a pretty serious problem and if it isn't rectified soon it could cause problems on credit ratings etc.

Fev..no answer from Mac Bank, but the person I spoke too said my account is up todate and they will investigate and get back to me. Still waiting !!

My only experience with them is that they have stuffed the sport of Ten Pin Bowling
in Australia since they purchased the buisness from AMF |

Mac Bank rang today and apologised for the stuff up. It was caused by the transfer of Ford Credit to MacBank. All gllitches have now been resolved.
