Angry WS 3k service

Ok droped the FEZ in for the 3k service this morning at Bayfords Epping in Victoria. I had a few things I wanted them to look at 1. a/c not cool enough, they regased and tested- ok 2. Fire wall had come a drift, refitted fire wall I was told if it happens again they will replace it 3. Red flicks in the frozen white paint, they will book me in for a cut and polish. 4. PCM software check, big problem here this is the first time they have never been able to communicat with a PCM. They don't know what the problem is but the can't get any fault codes. And can't upload any new softwear. The car appears to run ok, if not a bit rich. It may take two days to replace the PCM. So the have booked me a replacment car for a months time. At the same time they will cut and polish the paint to get the red out. Don't know if I'm happy with Bering my swirl free frozen white cut and polished. I also had the oil and fillter changed. And recall programe PRG428 carried out, brake booster mod. So there you have it 3k service not that minnor. And a fair bit P****d off. But thought you might want to know.

Have not had a problem with aircon, no paint issues, firewall has been secure, computer management system has been updated successfully, and brake booster recall will be done shortly at the 15k service ...

My paint is full of swirls. No matter what I do I always seem to add to the mess. I have Frozen White and got no red flicks through mine, and believe it or not the air con has come quite good of late. Certainly not the best, but definitely 7/10. It cools quickly, is quite cold and once on for about five minutes can be switched back to level two and the car remains quite frosty. Very happy about that. Let's hope it lasts. You gotta accept that issues are always going to come up, but reading your post they seemed happy to help you out? I mean they gave you a car to drive around in till your one is fixed, and they attempted to fix all your issues.

The service so far at Bayfords Epping had been very good, evan when I used to take my BA there. Just a bit worried how this will turn out.
