Default Festiva tail light relay

I have a 1997 festiva with a dead short in the tail light circuit. I have isolated the rear wiring and it is not there. It is not in the front lights either. Pretty much leaves the switch the relay and the wiring to the front.
I cant find the tail light relay can anyone help?

By the way the Haynes manual has the wrong colour coding. Stuffed me up for a while.

Thanks in advance.

Terry
