Default Canberra Airport Roadworks.

Hi guys, not sure if im posting in the right area... please move it if im not..

I'm off to Melbourne tomorrow, fly out at 10ish from Canberra airport.. I hear that the roadworks are a major pain at the moment... wondering if anyone has advice for what time i should be looking at leaving from south canberra area... I was thinking about 8:30ish (taxi), I haven't been near the airport for a while so im not sure what its like out there....

Anyone?

Book a taxi in advance. They ask for your flight details and will advise on a pickup time to get you there on time. Roadworks have been going on for a while and they will have factored that in.

road works will only be a major factor if you take your own car. getting into the airport was ok, but getting out was a like following a puzzle map.
