Default The Quickest 1/4 on Aussie Soil!!!

Great news from the recent Test n Tune day at WSID. Andrew Cowin has posted a 4.614 at 322.96 M.P.H! This is the fastest pass on Australian soil. The 1/4 broke down like this
60 ft - 0.861
330 ft - 2.207
660 ft - 3.139 at 271.30 M.P.H.
1000 ft - 3.927
1320 ft - 4.614 at 322.96 M.P.H.

So all looks promising for next weeks Nationals!

holy crap... thats qualifying in the top 10 usually form most NHRA meets in the US!!!!!!

Fantastic to see those times in AUS. Who's old car was it from the states or was it a new one built here?

Andrew Cowin has just got back from contesting NHRA, I do believe it is an american built car.

i Heard they had to many oil downs, in USA you oil the track $10,000 fine.
After 3 oil downs your out or you must except help from NHRA to stop this happening....Live TV drags cost plenty of money...

i left after darren morgan ran 4.76 @ 252mph. shut off early too.

awsome stuff from the cowins i do think we will see 4.50s next week and morgan will run 4.60s can not wait for this season to kick off best ever we think!
