I heard from an Ambo friend that there was some sort of fire in Cardiff (Newcastle) on Saturday night involving the Ford Dealer, Kloster Ford. Is this correct - does anyone know any details? She heard it going off on Saturday night over dispatch.
Hope it's not true, but just couldn't find anything anywhere other than a Street Commodores thread posted on early Sunday morning. http://forum.streetcommodores.com.au....php?p=2274453 Off-topic - Interesting to see a number of the Commodore owners getting flamed by their own for some positively stupid remarks. No different to some of the genius here sometimes mind you... Did anyone see or hear anything?

Kloster Ford has a Dealership at Cardiff. I dont live in Newcastle anymore but I will ring a few friends and see if it was in the paper or radio.

I'll duck down and get some photos I live in cardiff and have the day off. Not a good thing for the people who work there.

Nothing really visable from the outside besides a few blackened windows and lots of guys in suits with clip boards. Nothing worth taking a photo of besides this one.

Right next to the fire station!!!! Now that's lucky.
Thanks for the pics, I had heard bits and pieces but not seen anything in the media. Clearly not as big as I thought!

Makes sense. I was reading a thread the other day about a whole bunch of brand new Fords at the auctions written of due to smoke and heat damage.
Guess this is where they originated.
