Default Territory ICC Colour TFT Screen - distortion (shadow)

Hi,
I had my SY Territory screen upgraded from a mono to a colour TFT using your services a year ago (part of a reverse camera that the chaps in Belconnen ACT here installed for me) and I have noticed there is a shadow going across the screen now - almost half the screen is a lighter shade than the other.

Any ideas as to how this can be fixed in any way? Is this common?

Thanks for any advice, appreciated.

Cheers

Steve

Steve,
Can you please give us a call on (03) 9799 1444

We did the upgrade on the TFT didn't we? We are trying to work out whether it is still under warranty or not. It is fault with the actual TFT screen. Has it been damaged by an impact? There also seems to be a watermark in the screen as well (along the bottom) - did you have a ambi-puir scent thing leak on it at all?

Cheers,
Karl.

Hi,
I got the boys in to Belconnen to install it for me - and they ordered it from you guys.
As to whether the Ambi-Puir thingy got in there...not sure I have to be honest with you. Nope, no impact.
At the end of the day I can live with it, though wonderered if it was a common problem or not.
Cheers
