Default EL XR option bodykit on EA

Hey All :
I am considering fitting the EL optional XR kit on my EA (mainly the side-skirts) and I was wondering if any other modders have done something similar? Also, I would probably also consider firring the front and rear skirts, but being moulded to match the EL's bumper, how difficult would the front and rear be to fit?

Cheers

Dan

Mad_ED_Wagon (sp?) put an EF bar on his ED, so I'm assuming an EL XR one would fit on an EA

Would look interesting... a mix of sleek/rounded (bodykit) and square-ish (body).

Let us know what you do! You might want to ask about this in the Photoshop section...

side skirts will fit straight on.
there are about 5 or so EA-ED with EF front bars, one has an EF rear bar aswell.
but they're custom moulded jobs, so it depends how handy you are with fibreglass/plastic welding or similar.

can be done.. just depends how keen u are

I think the above pic looks quite good, as if the kit and mags were optional for the EB, that similar to what I want to achieve.. like a FPV-like version of an EA, except Im not a fan of the maroon colour though..

I agree, I have seen an entire ELXR front put on an EDXR, it looked sweet.
I actually considered it last year when i had my crash.
