Default The clay targets need to be terrified.......

Got this new from Gunsmoke in Bathurst.

Went to Friday afternoon practice at the Bathurst Gun Club and geez it shoots great.

It replaces my cheap boito that I bought just to see if I liked the sport.

The deal included the case, the chokes etc... and Browning dropped the price by $750 too.... awesome.

My boss at work goes shooting each week with a gun like that.

He even organised a team building exercises where the team headed out for some competition. One guy hit the trap house twice.

How much did that set you back? Haven't had a shotgun in years. Been stuck with the .22 250 since the hand back all those years ago.

The trap house. Is that in Sydney’s western suburbs?

The special price is $2650 all inclusive.
That was dropped from $3400 when they were released. This is very much an entry level gun, DT10's start at about $11,000 and higher grade brownings can be tens of thousands. One bloke I shoot with has a $60,000 Kemen - its the highest grade wood with the highest grade engraving.... very nice

This is a Browning these are made alongside Miroku shotguns. These are a good quality gun, but basic in regards to appearance.

I think he is referring to the trap house as in the structure where the traps (things that throw the targets) are housed. New shooters can get a little keen and shoot before they mean too and pepper the trap house with lead shot.

Apologies if sarcasm was your intent!

It wasn’t really sarcasm, more humour really but that doesn’t matter.

Shot with a Miroku for many years. Was present when a k grade blew it's lower barrel injuring the user and giving me a haircut with a a foot long piece of barrel.......
We worked out later a practice round which had been loaded by an early electric press had seated a 1 & 1/8 oz load on a double charge of Nobel 60 - ruined a lovely gun.

While the basic Ford Six was code named Barra, the Turbo version clearly deserved its very own moniker – again enter Gordon Barfield.
We asked him if the engine had actually been called “Seagull” and how that came about.
“Actually it was just call “Gull”, because I named it that. Because we knew it was going to poo on everything”.

An 60,000 dollar gun is only as good as the guy pulling the trigger.
