E-Series vs AU Falcon Drag Day (22 October) - Asking for Volunteer to Organise

I know its bad to start organising something and not finish it but I'm not sure if I will be able to attend the drag day anymore and have lost interest in organising it.

So just wanting to see if anyone wants to volunteer to take over. I have booked Heathcote for the 22nd October starting from 4pm. So whats left to do is organise trophies and money for trophies (not really necessary can scrap trophies if you want), organise meeting times etc for the cruise up, confirm booking and weather details with heathcote before the event, do anything that needs to be done on the day, organise with heathcote how the event happens what type of racing and categories, etc, presenting trophies at end of night. Thats about it.

I'd be happy to donate towards the trophies even though I most likely won't be able to attend. I wouldn't want a repeat of last time where you were seriously out of pocket and I'm sure others feel the same.

Thanks Trouty thats quite generous offering to donate when you might not even be going, But there shouldn't be any need for that.

I'll pitch in to help if I can however I wont be able to co-ordinate the whole thing as I will be travelling extensively over October with work and will be spending a lot of time in Sydney.
Whatever I can do to help though I will be more than happy to do.

i nominate EFFalcon. :P I would do it but i suck at organising stuff, I can't even organise myself most of the time. If worse comes to worse and no one wants to do it, i'll stick my hand up, i'll even get my name pre-engraved on the best burnout trophy. ;)

sponsorship would be a bonus, i'd take over the organisation of it, but i'm not even sure if i can make it yet.
I'm happy to do what ever i can to make sure it goes well, just not on an official level.

Well if you can organise sponsership/trophies then that would help heaps Dave. Theres not really much else to do apart from that, The rest can be worked out later on I guess.
