Default icc screen broken

My 2003 ford xr8 has a smashed icc sreen and i cant see what is on display i had to put a new battery in it but now the radio and CD player wont work do i need to take it to ford please help i need tunes!!!!!

mate all i want to know is there a code you need to get off ford when the battery is taken out i dont care about the screen...........

Yes there is, go and see your local dealer and they can help you. The code changes for every car.
