Default 1970 Escort. Price ?

Hi all, my sister and her husband have a 1970 4 door Escort. They are wondering what it is worth. So I thought I would ask the Escort gurus on here.
What is a 1970 Escort worth? Interior is very good, body and paint not bad. Engine and running gear seems fine.

Thanks

Really depends on the appearance though. Do you have a photo?

Thanks ratta tat tat.

I do not have a photo. I have not personally seen it. It's her husbands car and she is wondering whether it is worth while keeping it as an investment.

That's what I thought would be the case.

They already are in the UK. Coupe are worth squillions so they are turning to the more doors. We are seeing it here in motorsport as well. Most people who race escorts are retireing their beloved coupes in favour of 4 doors. Doors for coupe are getting rare, so its cheaper to thrash a 4 door.
