Default cobra drivers

hey all i have just received my rego for my bf super pursuit ute. according to the rego it's classified as a super pursuit cobra??? could this be true?? i don't have any markings on the car stating it's a cobra. but i do have the rims and the 302 boss motor in it and my build number is 195. any help would be good.

is it white with blue stripes on it..??...
if not i'd say its just a generall ins/rego/class/description of the vehicle..

she not white with blue stripes on it. but i found it quite funny that it's rego came out with that.

haha that's a good one mate
yeah well the main issue now is if it makes my insurance voided since i payed 2.2 k to get it insured as a bf mk 2 super pursuit ute, i hope not.

No you will be ok......

It is a bit like the Hire car/rental car disparity.

I was once rolled in WA for driving in a lane reserved for "hire cars & taxis".

I tried to explain to the copper that my car was a "hire car" as I had hired it.

He said it was a rental car in WA not a hire car.

I showed him the "hire agreement" where is plainly stated many times that this was a "car that was hired" and a "hire car".

He let me off mumbling "bloody east-coasters".

ok good that's the main thing. at least it clears it up. still she is a beautiful thing i put her on the dyno yesterday got 341.4 rwhp out of her i was quite happy with that first ford i have ever owned and i love it

it comes down to what the rego officer writes into the computer. i had a 76 subaru leone, but their computers only had models of subaru going back to 1984, so she put it down as Subaru Car00.

Having read many of your posts, i suspect you knew the difference and, dare i say, used your intelligence to argue the point. Would you have taken it to court though? lol.
