Default Automatic Boot Release

Just like that it stopped working.

Either pressing the button on the remote or pressing the release on the panal it doesnt want to open.

The indicator lights flash which tells me some signal is happening.

Could it be a fuse or could it be the actual mechinism? Manual release works.

I would guess the actual solenoid is dead, or the plug has disconnected or possibly dirty.

boot end, should be in the boot lid, behind the carpet on the back bit.

you will work out which bit it quick enough, they are a simple 12volt device, so jump some power to it and see if it works.

With the boot open try the button does it go click at all ?
