Talking Best Carsales scam line ever

a guy at work received this reply to an ad he has on carsales.com. i have cut out the guff about how brilliant paypal is. check out the opening line...

Great thanks to you for responding to my text sms.I am keen about this item and I am very busy here, we are working on the first stages of the Melbourne to Christchurch undersea tunnel and I might get dragged out in the submarine if i should try and make phone calls which led me to the act of sending you sms ...

it goes on about not being able to get there (probably because he is digging the tunnel) and the usual scam stuff.

That’s hilarious ... much more innovative than the two I received when I was advertising my F6's.

This guy on another forum was looking at a car on car sales. It had QLD plate number, was located in Sydney and the owner was living in Melbourne.

The owner could only use email because she was too busy to take a phone call and the guy could not come and test drive the car because the owner was gong through a divorce, moving houses and just lost her job all at the same time. Those were the 3 excuses she used in 3 separate emails. LOL if people believe these idiot scammers.

Received this email from some guy on Ford Muscle for the XW,
Very strange considering there was no previous message.

I want you to know that i can only use paypal as my mode of payment due to the facts that i have explained you in my previous message. I want you to try and register an account with paypal as its very simple and easy and i promise you that you would not regret using there service because i have been using there service for the past 6 years now for so many transactions via the internet and i have not regret using it for once.
I want you to logon to www.paypal.com and click on the sign up button, the you register your details there and you will see its free and fast and as soon as you are done with that, then get back to me with your paypal email and i will proceed with the payment immediately.

Tunnel from Melbourne to Christchurch dam Mexican’s will dig a tunnel to anywhere

Must admit good imagination

melbourne to christchurch huh asif such a tunnel would ever be built and if it was even planned I am positive the media would be all over it and every person in aust and nz would know about it - if anybody falls for that then they deserve to lose their money..

well were do i start? i was buying a second car ( hilux), there was a "lovely old lady" thats daughter was dieing so she was always at the hospital and hardly answered my emails, to put the story short, she wouldnt give me a mobile number, she told me that her daughter was dieing so she has handed over the ute to a courier company that would ship the ute down here, for free, i could have it for a week then send it back if i didnt like it, but she wanted the money given the the courier so they could hold it until they got it back if i didnt like it, i soon f*&$ed her off, my girlfriend has been trying to sell her subaru for 4 months now, and no word off a lie, she will get 3 emails a day from scams, the most common one is hes a marine engineer so he is always on the sea blah blah, so when he decides that ( he wants to buy it for a mate for a surprise present) he will ask my gf for her paypal account to put the money in it, she then tells him and he comes back and says hes got a call out on a boat so he wont be able to pay for it, can she put money in this ( dedicated courier company that he recommended) and he will put the money back once hes back, lol, there all around the same idea, my gf plays along with mostr of them
one thing ill say is ill never spend $50 to recieve free scams about my car im selling

sorry for the long post, but i felt the need to tell you's
