Bearings are around $400 per side. Not sure about ball joints.

I dont want diamond encrusted ones that couldnt be right. Where are those prices from?? Got four new bearings, new brake drums and two new tyres for less than 400 on my trailer about a year ago so surley they are the same type of bearing. |

if it is a 2 or 3 the front bearings are not seperate, you have to buy the whole hub assembly.. THey are around $150 each trade so get your wallet ready

Au's use different wheel bearings to what most people are used to. But $400 sounds way too much. Give waverly auto parts a call on 95603400, see what they tell you.
And, if you havent got rotors yet, I have a set of AU2/3 dba slotted ones for sale, done 15000k and have been machined, they have a little surface rust on them at the moment from sitting around so long but I'm sure a wire wheel will clean em up a treat. |

I can tell you that I was quoted around $400 a few years ago - it must have been for a set though, not each side. They are not like the $30 bearing you put in a trailer.

Quoted 180 each side as it's the full hub assembly. It aint broke so i'll leave them be. Changed the two rear pads/ rotors, front right pads/ rotors and fuel filter tonight. Will finish other side and front swaybar rubbbers in the morning. Suprisingly didnt encounter any troubles not even with compressing the piston back in.

Just finished so its too late for picks. Nothing too it though , the rears are held on by 1 screw and the fronts just fall off when you remove the calipers. The only thing i'd check and re grease are the slide arms on the calipers as one of mine were siezed and the rest dry. Also changed the diff oil and geeze she was rough. Looked like melted chochlate but smelt like raw sewerge.
