I have gotten to the point where I dont pay any attention to any article that has holden in the headline. it will be

1. another aftermarket product such as this
or
2. how holden is the best product going even though you get your hands stuck in the crappy hand break and the vision in the rear is that bad you dont see a semi coming up on you.

Was talking to a mechanic the other day he was saying he dreads having a alloytech show up at the roller door and would love if every car had a ford inline 6

That shouldnt be too hard - every new GT comes with 335kW. At the wheels.

The implication of the thread is the engine is being pushed to its limits. So finding a Ford dealer to push the same limits with the Ford donk probably not so easy. Apparently with holden, its just one dealer.

It's actually a really good idea what they're doing. It's what most of their customer's do anyway but without the need of dealing with other workshops, all under one price tag with a factory warranty.

Would be good if Ford could offer me a tune, exhaust & cooler kit and still let me have my warranty...

I highly doubt the commodore will be in the same league as a Yenko.

They may have modded the car to make it faster but it WILL always be a VE

New GT has 335 at the treads anyway
