Not sure if it's been said, but the Hemi 426 going off it's nut sounds the goods....
As well as the Holy Grail, ford 427 cammer.
Love the sound of the old flathead V8 you see in hotrods, they are an awesome sounding engine.

not a car but my lawnmower... waking up the fool next door who likes revving up his commo all sat arvo... combined with whipper snip fence run the sweetest sound of all.....

there's a cammed 7.0l W427 right near my work, one of the best sounding 8's I've ever heard. I'd kill for one. Would love to hear one of these stroked, links anyone?

Old school v8 for me!!!!!!!!

stepdads mate has a '28 roadster with a 350 and staight cut gears sounds like a best.
