Default SUMMERNATS Car Club Display 2011

Summernats - Car Clubs Display 2011
Where: Exhibition Park In Canberra (EPIC)
When: 09-Jan-11 08:30 AM until 09-Jan-11 03:00 PM
Details: Sunday 9 January 2011


The Street Machine Summernats is pleased to extend an invitation once again to the members of the Council of ACT Motor Clubs and other approved clubs and individuals to participate in Classic Car Sunday. The spectacle will be staged on the Auto One Show ‘n Shine arena at Exhibition Park and supported by Shannons Insurance. Owners of veteran, vintage cars and (CRS registered) plus Classic cars of all makes and models can be displayed.
Each car can have two adults who will be given free access on the day. Children up to 16 years old free! All others must purchase a day pass



This is FREE entry to the SUMMERNATS.

I have some entry forms if anybody is interested or want more information on this event please PM me and I can get an entry form to you. I will have some entry forms at our Xmas bbq if people are interested.

This is a good opportunity to get some flyers out about the Capital All Ford Day 2011 as well as seeing the awsome car show that is SUMMERNATS.

This event was brought up at the last club meeting and we have 7 club members that have returned their entry forms.

I have to get all entry form to the organisers by the 17th December 2010.

Summernats 2011

Thank you for registering to attend the Council of ACT Motor Clubs
display at Summernats 2011 on Sunday 9 January 2011.

You will be able to collect your wrist bands between 8am and 8.45am at
the Dickson College car park assembly area.

It is intended to travel in convoy to EPIC entering through gate 4
behind the former Shell Service station.

I sugest meeting at the rear of Old Parliment House 7.45am for a 8.00am departure to travel to Dickson Collage all together to collect your wristbands.

Just a reminder to those attending Summernats Car Club Display

NO ALCOHOL... NO GLASS BOTTLES... NO ANIMALS... NO FIREWORKS...

They search every car that enters EPIC.

You can buy Jim Beam slushes and Vodka slushes and Beer (XXXX) at the event from 9.00am. BUT have a healthy wallet.

Soft drink and bottled water are fine to take in as well as food.
Food and drinks are available at EPIC but can be expensive.

Also bring a hat and a chair if you want to be comfortable.
