Adding line driver/external processor to ICC (via RCA mod)

Got a quick query for you. Do you know of any issues or have you had any experience in adding an external processor/line driver to the RCA mod you perform on the ICC?
Does the RCA mod produce a balanced or unbalanced signal?

We have never had any issues, but we only perform the mod, we don't install external processors or line drivers so we can't give you a definate answer.
Not to sure of your definiton of balanced and unbalanced??

Ok, think of a male RCA plug.

Unbalanced:
Inner electrode = signal
Outer ring = ground

Balanced:
Inner electrode = signal
Outer ring = inverted signal

In that case our mod is unbalanced.
