One problem I had with my VCT XR6 was an oil leak out of the VCT idler. Which is that circular silver thingy at the front of the rocker cover that has the Tickford badged component sticking out. An interesting problem to rectify...

Not trying to put you off, but be sure to check it when the engine bay hasnt been just cleaned.

my mum did...

she always gets her way.. somehow.

its a nice car, goes well and all, but it all depends on how this finance goes..

i never will be paying too much for something

edit: oh yeah, it does.. only 6 months though.. im sure after a car cruise if anything stuffs up, it can be claimed under warranty

i looked at it the other day, i go past that yard on the way home from work. very very nice au imo. would i spend 20k on an au? not unless it was a t3 lol

thats one of those yards that has some very nice rides in there, not just stock stuff.

yeap, well i can only hope that the loan is approved..

we applied for a little more just so we can get the EF back on the road running perfectly, do the exhaust, paintwork, windows (drivers side manual winder is stuffed)

then just donate the rest back to the guys we're getting the finance through

funny that it comes with warranty. I just brought a AU1 XR8 with just over240 on the clock but warranty on cars here drops off at 240 unless you pay 1500 for extended
