Default Data plate decoder

Hi all,
I have just bought my self a WQ Fiesta and was wondering if anyone knows how to decode the data plate. I want to know paint code etc. Any help would be great.

The general colour is black. I an a curios lad so that is more the point to wanting to know how to decode the plate.

Can't help with the plate decoder, but I have seen how to do it. Just did a quick search and nothing is popping up. But have a look at this, enter your VIN in here, and you can see all your spec! Fun.

Danny, I looked at the site you suggested and it's a better site that I had so I punched in my VIN and funnily enough it tells me that my Mk1 Focus is Silver Metallic................last time I looked it's Colorado Red! Very odd.

Hehe. A few of the Euro guys say older cars don't match up all that well with Etis as it was only brought into mainstream in 2004 or something, though it had been running before that too with select data.

Or perhaps you stole your car, changed the VIN plates and painted it red! All has been revealed haha :-)
