Hi Guys,
I am doing a research proposal for a Thesis in Construction management (the use of Building Info Managenment to consolidate and Integrate services in Buildings) I need to do a gantt chart as a program to show my lecturer what days I plan to do what and all that jazz but for the life of me cannot work out how to make a program on Excel (I don't have Project) Is anyone able to quickly muster up one if I send you the bacis Start/End date and Task info table? Cheers all -Danny |

Try jxproject, very similar to project but not quite as user friendly. Will most likely do the job.

You can do it in excel, not a 'true' gantt chart, but you can make it appear to look like one...I don't know if that helps or not...
