Im curious what is out there for tuning and what features available for the diy tuner?
Last when I looked the cappa flash box was new..the first one. Then I heard sct tuner was out there but knew nothing about it .So what is out there now and what can we alter in tuning? Yes I am still running the haltech interceptor but thinking of the nearer future..

J3 is the flavor of the month from t.I. performance stav. They are pretty cheap and are doing great things for e series as well as au's.

I think sniper sells a DIY kit now too.
I'd get a J3 from TI performance if it was me. I liked mine when I had it. Is there something wrong with your haltech?

If I didn't get the xcal for the price I paid, I would defs go for the j3

Thanks guys. Dan the haltech is running perfect but the wagon is getting old while still running great I just havent kept in touch with what is out there because the interceptor has allowed me to keep the car in a fair state of tune.
Going back a few years some tuners made a big kaffufle that tuning is a dark art and we need crystal balls to do it.This is not farther from the truth and with the right tools and a wideband air fuel ratio meter tuning isnt that hard. It was alot messier playing with holley carbies.

stav how much did your haltech setup, set you back ?
how easy are they to fit and tune?
