Default Price on some E- series pads

G'day, I'm after some pads (front and rear) for my EL xr8. It has the el gt brake upgrade with the AU calliper on the front (the kit you sell, still happy). I've heard some good things on EBC green stuff. What other brands/types would you reccommend?

Just out of curiosity, how much are the elgt disks slotted for when i need to replace them?

Price on postage to 2526 aswell please

Thanks

Al

I have some Ferodo formula front pads here for $135 which are good and then run some HPX rear pads at $80.Freight is $18.00. The rotors are about $350 each for the slotted and i have stock.
I am not a big fan of the Greenstuff pads but if you want me to quote them i can do that for you and what are you usining the car for?

The car is just a daily driver, with a squirt up and around some mountains when i get it to myself. I was after something better than the standard pad that doesn't squeal

Alot of people seem to be happy with QFM hpx pads it seems, how do these compare to the Ferodo formula you reccomended?

Out of curiosity, why don't you like the greenstuff pads?

HPX pads are very popular street pad but not for race etc and the Formula pads are better for performance street use etc and there is a slight chance of possible squeal under light braking.
With the EBC Greenstuff i get a lot of peaple changing from these to something else after they have worn them out or after fitting them for hard performance use and i have seen them have issues with resin deposits on rotors and this is mainly on heavier cars. Lighter street cars they seem to be fine. This is just what i have seen but there will also be people who use them and have no problems at all.
