Default Fitting a 5 speed to escort mk2

Hi Guys
Has anyone fitted a 5 speed gearbox to a mk2, and if so how much trouble, I understand the issue is the rear mount, so how do you get around that
Thanks

When I did mine the trick was to cut the mount from the body and then remount body mounts onto the box mount and then tech screw back to the body and then weld. This did away with the strife that was mounting blocks and changing mounts, simple and easy way to go. Not sure about bulk head as mine had already been beaten back with a hammer!
