06 WQ ZETEC Head light globes

In my Girlfriend's 06 WQ ZETEC, he head light has blown.

I tried searching and looking in the log book, but what type of globe is it?



Also!

What is the best method to undo that screw on the light right behind the bumper bar (under the grill)

It's just a standard H4 60/55W globe.

I recall the screw and did it with great difficulty. Cannot remember for the life of me how I did it, but it didn't take too much to get undone.

Would you recommend HIDS for it? was thinking it should be ok (even though its not projector lens) but i can point the lights right down

Arent they the double philoment globes?

*noob question alert* I always wanted to know, sometimes I see in catalogs simply blue or white globes. Are they coloured non HID's?
