Thanks for the comments guys, the stickers are about to come off but I'll leave the plate surround - it isn't too obvious.
Any tips for mounting an etag on the windscreen? Near the rear vision mirror is ok on these cars? |

I'll agree with the stickers removal comments.
Either go back now, with righteous indignation....or wait for your 3000k piece-of-mind checkover (whichever occurs first....) Unless of course you asked for them (grin !!) |

Looks great in white ... I'd love to get one of these as a replacement of the ute (once I have no need for a ute).
I'd rather take the stickers off myself and make sure I did it properly. I'd hate for a young kid in the service department to just rip them off and leave a scratch on your pride and joy. There's some good products out there to remove the adhesive gum that is left behind as well ... also best to wash the area immediately after you remove the adhesive (with whatever product you use).

Re eTag, I stuck mine just under the dotty bit, behind the mirror. Couldn't see it and it caused me no trouble at all. Same spot on my Territory.
The camera for the lane departure and sensors for the auto wipers (miss those) are in the middle of the windscreen so on the passengers side just below the dots would be the place to put it.

Looks great, although I wish Ford would get over Y-spoke wheels.
So the dealer found time to put their hideous stickers on the car but not groom it???

Check to see if the etag works in the glovebox, I think they have to be line of sight to work.
I don't understand people trying putting them on the bottom of windscreens, behind the mirror is the most unassuming place I can think of that still works.

I have removed the stickers and taken a few more pics. The image hosting site I have used does not compress their pics which is nice.

Nice indeed ... white is very striking ... going to tint it???
It'd be something I'd like to upgrade to if/when the ute goes.

Here are some pics of the interior. These will be my last photos, at least until I get the car tinted ...

Hahaahaha ... I wish it was like that ... i'll keep the ute for now while I have the work for it ... it'll be hard sticking pallets in the back of a Mondeo wagon though ... LOL

looking good. The tint is going to look great.
The simple dash does everything you want it to do.

Great new pics . . . I don't love the Hatch in White but it really works for the Wagon.
Must be a joy to drive to work/shopping/dentist in the new car :-) |

Check this out when you're looking at window tints: http://www.huperoptikusa.com/automotive.cfm
It may not be as dark as some tints but the heat rejection is outstanding. It's also very clear optically, you don't realise you're looking through a tint.
