Default Brake cylinder replacement

Hi all,
can anyone tell me the effect of fitting this master cylinder 20.6mm bore to a Mk2 Rs2000 with a 19.05mm bore ( I think its that size)
Will this work or create problems with the braking system. I am trying to track down a new master cylinder ans also rear drum wheel cylinders but they are a bit scarce.

Do you have a master cylinder at the moment? If so, they can be rebuilt. I had mine done last year at Power Brakes in Adelaide. They require an exchange or for a premium they may sell you one outright.

i have done a few brake conversions to Triumph TR7s
i modified a VS commodore booster and used the matching master with it.
being bigger bore it does make your pedal a bit harder
eg the pedal pressure required to apply the brakes is more

also look at rear wheel cylinders from a 69-72 Capri, pretty sure they'd fit or be easily adaptable
i bought a set a few years ago, they were PBR gold's and were $20 ea brand new

Rear wheel cylenders - forget the horribly expensive Escort 2 litre spec'ed 64677551, you can use P10035 - same exterior dimensions/mounts, same 3/4 bore size.....

Alternatively if you want to play with braking bias, smaller (11/16 bore) P10033 for less rear bias, larger (13/16 bore) P10036 for more rear bias.
