hi just replaced the fuel pump in me missus ts 50 with a new old stock 5lt holden fuel pump..could not believe it .they are the same.even with the ford logo on the back.wanted to know if any one else knows of these generic things. i get to drive it now and then.cheers cj

I normally play around with Mitsubishi Starions.
Factory fuel filter is a specialised peice in its shape. a Hyundai fuel filter is exactly the same just a fraction of the cost. Got to love mark up on supposidly special parts.

Years ago I pulled the interior light cover off a VR/VS, and it had a Ford logo on it.
How about... Ford Maverick -Nissan Patrol Nissan Pulsar -Holden Astra So Ford is sort of related to Holden?

If you check the alternator in an E-Series falcon, the factory one should have a Mitsubishi logo on it.
